What is the Operation Fitness Boot Camp – Elite Fitness Concepts?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainers, Rick Stafford, Kim Hurst, Alex Decker, Will Blackburn and Melissa Daly. Each day, camp will be one hour in length. (Check Calendar for location start times)
What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and Women ages 18 and older and of all abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running, jogging or walking (1 mile or less) , muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, fitness kick boxing, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more! You will learn over 100 exercises based on the US Navy Seal Team workout scaled back for the civilian population.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday Wednesday and Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Please check our calendar page for times at each of our four locations in the Metro Orlando area.

What do I need to bring?
Water bottle, running shoes, a great, positive attitude and a sense of adventure. You will be issued a personalized Boot Camp exercise mat, Boot Camp T Shirt and water bottle on the first day of class. We might also suggest weight lifting gloves to protect your hands.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
1 month: 15.00 per class x 12 classes 180.00
3 months: 12.00 per class x 36 classes 432.00 This program is broken into two payments of 216.00. The first payment is due on the first day of class. The second payment is due 6 weeks later.
6 months: 10.00 per class x 72 classes 720.00 This program is broken into three payments of 240.00. The first payment is due on the first day of class. The second payment is due 8 weeks later. The third payment is due 16 weeks later.
There is a ONE TIME registration fee of $35.00 for all programs for new recruits.
Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by one of our assessment specialist prior to the start of camp and discuss your goals with your boot camp instructor. Once we receive your registration you will be notified to make an appointment.
