I was enrolled in a fitness center but found that I needed more individual attention and the team building that would come with working in a group class. My first one mile walk was clocked at 17 minutes…I now walk a mile in less than 14 minutes. I began doing just 15 pushups and now complete 50. When asked to do a sit up test…I couldn’t do a single one. I now am about to do 30…count them THIRTY sit-ups.
